Emma Swimming

Emma loves the water. Every summer we turn down the hot tub and it turns into Emma's swimming pool. She spends about 2 hours a day in it. The water is just the right temp and she walks around it by herself. This year her bodyglove suit is new and she does pretty good. Still will need water wings, but she tries to swim anyway. Can't wait to take her to mom's big pool.

Mushroom Hunting

Well today we went mushroom hunting because the boys returned from their fishing trip. After so much rain and a couple days of sun I thought we might find some. We went on some friends property and found about 15 in a spot we always look. Tired and a little frustrated we went to leave the area and go out to Little John. Nici decided to look in one more spot. Of course I found the first one. Mom came over and found one of the bigest ones we had. Glen came out around that time and we started making our way up the hill and nici spotted a patch of 41 right under a stump. Just looked like a clump of gold moss. It was beautiful. We were so excited to see them. Then I spotted one on the other side of the gully. In doing this we ended up finding mushrooms up the entire hillside. In all on that one hillside we found 819 mushrooms and it took us about two hours to pick them all. I am sure we missed some. That is right I am not exagerating. They weighed in at about 14 1/2 pounds. It was the most fun I have ever had. Thanks to that friend that let us hunt on his ground.

Grandma Rebecca's Easter

So here we are at another Easter. We did some more eggs with Grandma. Emma likes doing them she is neat, Hunter mainly colors his hands, and Lexi just drops them into the cups. What a mess, but fun.

My smart baby was the one to find the egg on Mommies stone. She is a pro at egg hunting now.

She kept dropping the eggs from the bucket, but wouldn't let Mommy or Daddy cary it. So cute!!!

Our little Hollywood!!!

More Easter baskets.

Grandpa and Grandma Scott's

Emma had to stomp around the kitchen for a little bit and enjoy her sandals. She loved her shoes and loves to wear a dress. It was the first time for pigtails. She kept shaking her head to feel them. What a cutie!!!

She wanted to ride the bike, but can't touch the pedals to this was her solution to the problem. What a pretty girl.

Daddy doesn't take many pictures that turn out right, but we greatly appreciate it. Mommy isn't in very many pictures because of this. Not a fantastic picture, but I love it. Thanks Daddy!!!

It was so cute today, Emma kept following Uncle Ben around. She went everywhere he went. Then she would just stand infront of him and give him sad eyes until he picked her up. She just loves him. She doesn't say Ma Ma very much, but the other day she started saying Ben. What a cute bunch.

Hunter kept saying come here Emma. So she did. Those two are best buds. They get along so great and I think they look more alike than Lexi and Him do.

Emma and Hunter found more eggs than the other big kids.
(The big kids go for the ones with money only)

She loved Ellie too.
Emma had a great Easter. She still has one more to go at Papa Daves house when Papa Fred and Grandma Alice get home. Can't wait!!

Easter Morning

Emma's Easter basket and other things. She loved her basket. Her favorite was the beach ball with flounder on it. She is really into Little Mermaid right now.

Loving her brush just like Mommies

Loved the beach ball

She is such a big girl. She never crawls up or down the stairs.
She has to walk holding the railing.

Park Day!!!

Weeeeeee!

Hi Mommy

Having fun on the playset

Slide time

Emma loved the playset. She could do the whole thing by herself except for the slide. She couldn't sit down before she would start sliding. It was a great day. She didn't want to leave, but Papa called and we went to Uncle Bens baseball game. She liked that too. Little miss Emma went to bed early this day. She was all tuckered out.

Coloring Eggs

She wanted to eat the egg and bounce it on the counter

Emma's eggs. (some have glitter, but you can't tell)

She wanted to just stick her hand into the water. Mommy was
so not having her do that.

I was so proud of her. Daddy wasn't too excited to color eggs, but mommy takes better pictures so he had to do it. Emma loves it when Daddy helps. Thanks Daddy!

Discovery Depot

She loved the Police car. I wish the lights would have worked like they did in the other car.

My little firefighter!

She liked the stairs.

Can you hear me now

All in all she loved Discovery Depot. If it is not too crouded you could spend a lot of time in there.

Christmas

Emma loved her vacuum. It
still isn't quite like Mommies, but she likes it just the same.

Little Miss Emma talking on the phone and cooking just like Mommy does. She really loved the kitchen set. It was the first thing she went to when she came down stairs.

This is all of Emma's gifts. She got a stackable wooden washer and dryer, the grand walk-in kitchen, food set, pots and pans, vacuum, shoping cart, little dog and carrier, little people princess castle, the table and chairs, and my friends tigger and pooh characters in
her stocking. She loved the kitchen the most.
